If you’re looking to get out into the sun and get some of that strength, fitness and skill back,  Muaythai Coaches Keith, Jenny and Kahow are now running PT’s during this time.

1 on 1 and 2 on 1 training is available following the guidelines below:

  • 1.5m social distancing.
  • Please only arrive 5 minutes prior to your session and leave promptly.
  • MUST wear a mask arriving & leaving. No mask needed during training. Coach will be wearing a mask.
  • NO training if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick.

All you need is:

  • Running shoes,
  • Gloves (and shin pads if you have them),
  • Handwraps,
  • Towel,
  • & a Water bottle!
